Our Services
Therapy
Working together, using relationship, support, positive psychology and unconditional positive regard, we will create a vault in which to explore patterns, gain strength, receive validation and make lasting changes.
Equine Assisted Services and Team Building
Equine Assisted services offer a distinctive and impactful way to achieve goals related to emotional regulation, communication improvement, conflict resolution and confidence enhancement. The direct and authentic interaction with horses fosters an experience that non-experiential methods often cannot provide. EAP and EAL promote healing, personal growth, and transformation through deep and meaningful connections.
Clinical Supervision
Collaboration and Consultation are key aspects to becoming a successful practitioner. Supervision for LCSW and LPC requirements that is focused on cases, pathology, ethics and varied modalities available for groups and individuals.
Substance Use Disorders
The use of substances can cause problems in relationships, work, and our relationship with ourselves. As substance use issues escalate, problems managing mood, anger, and isolation often grow as well. Recovery is possible at ANY time.
Trauma
Trauma reactions can manifest any time our ability to cope is overwhelmed by an experience. Recovering from trauma is challenging, and requires support and the development of new ways to cope.
Grief and Loss
Loss is part of every aspect of our life. Sometimes we can move through the feelings associated with grief, and sometimes those feelings interfere with our daily lives. Therapy can support a return to living, while honoring our loss.
